Problem Importing Data

    Hello,

    I am trying to import a few restaurants into my database and I am apparently doing something wrong. To make sure I start out correctly, I usually enter one manually and then export the single record so that I am starting with the correct formatting.

    When I import the attached file, the data only gets included for the first line. In rows 3 – 9, I get a record and the image, but no address information is passed into the database. Am I missing something?

    Are you updating existing listings? If not, you should leave the Post_id column blank: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import

    Your post dates are in the wrong format, you can leave that blank.

    Is the file prepared with LibreOffice or OpenOffice? There are some strange characters, maybe you used Excel? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#important
    Rows 3 – 9 have wrong characters in the time field.
