Problem with go back at review screen

    When a users get to the review screen and then clicks go back and edit, the user’s info is all displayed however they cannot click the proceed button again. They need to remove email address and re-enter it for the button to become clickable. Is there a fix?

    Hi,

    I see that there is a customization of some kind forcing an image upload. Any other customizations on the add-listing page?

    It must be in your functions.php file. Can you share that, or provide super admin so we can take a look?

    Hi Alex, thank you that customization is required to ensure users uplaod a photo however is there a way also for that button to be available if users go back?

    We are unable to help with customizations here in the forum. You should hire a GD Expert to debug it so it doesn’t conflict with the other functions of the add listing page.
