    Hi Support Team,

I found out if user is not logged-in, then the map and collapse is working proper, BUT after user has logged-in then the GD map and collapse function is not working any more. Tried it with firefox and chrome and both deliver same problem. I tried also by de-activating almost all plugins & by deleting cookies as well with same problem result.

    Looking forward to your help.

    Thanks, Alex

Hi Alex, it works fine for me, logged in or not.

    Hi Guust,

thanks for your feedback. I have created a thread for collapse-o-matic but they also did not found anything.

The strange thing is, that I have this mostly by using firefox and still getting the issues even by deleting cookies.

    Very strange, any other ideas?

    Regards, Alex

Try a browser and/or computer where you never been before, and check it there. I think that will confirm it is some local caching issue, not necessarily cookies.

    Hi again,

I found out that it is a user specific problem, because loging in with different user it is working.

How am I able to maybe delete the cache of this specific user (it is a admin user)?

    Best regards, Alex

    Hi agin,

as I found out that it is a user specific problem now. I think we have 2 options:

1.) to find the problem which cause the not proper site page load.
    a. Are you able to help me in this case?
    b. Why exactly is this issue occurred with super admin username?
    c. Will this maybe infect the same reasons of listings or places not found to show on map?

OR when not solving the issue:
2.) to create a new admin and submit the created listings to new admin user.
    a. How am I able to overgive the created listings to another user?
    b. What else do I need to be aware of when deleting old admin user?

    Best regards, Alex

You can have more than one superadmin.
Then change the owner of the listings by exporting and importing or just select a different author when editing the listing in the backend.

I have no idea why it would be happening, it happens to me too when logged in as super admin. There are a few errors showing in the console.
