problemas with re- search geographical

hi,, i want to make the nexts queries:
1) i set up the geographical filter .. so the people can ask for a location and after the the categories search or event the autocompleter search…

to make it the first time is very easy,.. but if they want to search in another location they must set up “everywhere ” and after the new location…
ok this is the theory, but in the practical is very “difficult” for the user to make a new location search.. how can i make it more easy?

2) another time in the geographical search sometimes the search redirect to a location page( how can i managed it ).. can i install a link to the listing query page ? how can i do?
