problems with add place page

    Hi!paolo!! Im now here! jeje in the main menu of my web page, the add place page does not works, it showsme nothing… 🙁 you know…

    where i send you my credentials to resolve the problem?? it is secure??

    Hi, 1st of all you need to activate permalinks. WordPress Settings >> Permalinks. Post name is the best choice there.

    Second, it seems like you edited/delted the GD virtual pages. To rebuild theme you can check this tutorial:

    Thanks, but it doesnt work that solution, i have wordpress online no dowload on my computer.

    Maybe the ADD PLACE page has a code to paste on the page? may be it resolve the problem, and run normaly… can you help me to get it??? please!!!

    The URL of your Add Listing page gets preceded with the slug of the current page somehow. I cannot directly find where the problem is.
    I bet Paolo can find it.

    Paolo usually takes a break for the weekend, you can’t work all the time!
    In the meantime, you can de-activate your other plugins one by one to isolate the problem, but it could also be one of your theme options.

    Hi Daniel,

    sorry I think I’ve missed this yesterday!

    This is really weird and I think it has still to do with the virtual pages.

    I know they are there, but it seems like the system didn’t associate the right page to the add listing form.

    I don’t know why, but your wordpress install doesn’t allow me to edit your theme files. I would need to access functions.php and also your database to restore the virtual pages once and for all.

    Could you please provide FTP and phpmyadmin credentials?

    Can you check the details you’ve given, I get a “The email or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again.” when I try to login to the control panel.

    The password for the FTP is missing.

    I your control panel it asks to click on button to get an email that will allow you to change the FTP password. Obviously it will send an email to you.

    Can you please go through that procedure and provide all credentials needed to help you?
