Problems with the 'Downgraded to'

    Hi Team,
    A new problem arises.
    I have one ‘Testing Package’ having 1 day validity with downgraded to Free Package. But it took 2 days to expire. Is it not automatic system? And if someone added 5 pictures in paid package will it be reduced to 1 picture in the free package. I have so many confusions about this downgrade option. Can you please make it clear? What is the exact setting?

    Thanks for your post. We would need to inspect your GD setup and could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it. Also, let us know which CPT and package are you referring to.

    It is automatic; for recurring packages, based on a notification from the payment gateway; for non-recurring, based on expiration date if not recurring. For non-recurring this will happen based on cron, so, may be up to 24 hours delayed.

    The package that is the destination for downgrade must be free and non-recurring.

    If someone added 5 pictures in paid package will it be reduced to 1 picture in the free package.

    Ok… I understand…
    Please make me clear… if it is recurring will it automatically take the money from the customer’s bank account? or just sends reminder notification?

    When a user signs up for a recurring package, your site is contacting the gateway…Stripe or Paypal …and the custom is making a contract at the gateway. The customer is authorizing the gateway to make the debits on the schedule you setup. It all happens automatically at the gateway, once it has been setup by the customer’s purchase.
