Profile Pic Disappeared when Claim Listing is enabled

I added some listing on my website as admin and my profile picture is displayed (I am using code copied from supreme-directory child theme.
When I enabled Claim Listing plugin however, the profile image disappeared and a missing image icon was shown by the browser.
When I checked the missing image url, I discovered that it was trying to find an avatar from the images folder of my website child theme. I eventually copied an image with the file name being looked for into the directory and it is now displayed.

My question is why Claim Listing overrode the actual profile image when the author actually have a profile picture. I thought this should only be when an author does not have his own profile image.
