    I purchased a new membership 4 hours ago and I still am unable to download anything.

    Instead of “renewing” the 4 month I went ahead and added to the cart the 6 month membership, the payment went through and my account is not updated to reflect any changes.

    I’d like to be able to download the plugins and get started with the new licenses.

    it went through my PayPal account admin @ costarica-retreat dot com

    Your membership is active.

    Membership Expiry: October 19, 2019

    If you changed from 4 to 6 membership, you created new license keys.

    You should be able to download from your account page, but for auto-updates, you’ll need to 1st update license keys in plugins page.

    Hi Michael,

    Please check now, there was a strange situation where your old membership was associated with a old email and it was not assigning your new one to your account because the emails were different. I have fixed this now.
