Quick Note: Multisite, need to activate GD on mainsite

    I have found that in order to check for GD add-on updates GeoDirectory needs to be activated on the Mainsite of a multisite network even if not displaying directory there.

    shouldn’t be an issue for most, but something to know, add to Tips etc.

    Hi,

    yes that is correct, you need to activate it on the main website, just to insert the Username and Password in autoupdates, than you can deactivate it from main site if not needed.

    I’ll add a tip in the docs about it.

    We should also advise not to network activate, but to activate site by site.
