    Hello!

Please indicate how a rate behaves by selecting that when it expires it will be reduced to a lower rate.

    For example:
The subscriber has contracted “rate 1” which means that it appears in 5 categories. When you automatically expire, you are entitled to “rate 2”, rate 2 is lower and you are only entitled to 2 categories …:

What categories specifically select the system?
    Do you choose it randomly?
And if they were images ?, which ones remain and which disappear?

    Thank you!

I would suspect the first selected categories and images remain, but I will get a developer to confirm.
    Thanks

    Hi Abel,

On expire of listing and downgrade to another package(rate) it keeps first categories & images & removes last one.

    Example:
    There are two packages PLAN-A & PLAN-B.
    PLAN-A allows 5 categories & 5 images & PLAN-B allows 3 categories & 3 images. PLAN-A has set to downgrade to package PLAN-B.

Suppose created one listing with PLAN-A (5 categories & 5 images). Now when listing gets expire and downgrade to PLAN-B it will keep first 3 categories & first 3 images. It will unlink last 2 categories & last 2 images.

Let us know if not clear.

    Thanks.
    Kiran
