Hello, How do I add rating score text to each rating.

For example, see: http://tellit.com.ng/pass/hospitals/nigeria/lagos/lagos/mainland/mediplan-healthcare-limited. Beside “Overall Rating” i’d like to see the rating score text like Good or Excellent and also for individual rated for Price/Customer Care, I ‘d like to see the rating text like Good, Excellent.

Is there a setting to make this work?
I will appreciate your effort to a solution.
