I’m using the Supreme theme, and the default rating style doesn’t look or work very well.
The first attachment shows how the rating stars are split across 2 lines.
A natural user response is to click the stars in order to rate. To me, this should open a new page where users are either prompted to log in or to complete a ratings form.
This doesn’t happen with the default rating system, and after installing MultiRatings, doesn’t happen with that either.
In the Overview document the rating style looks good – completely different to how mine is.
So you click on the place – or in my case product – and it brings up the product page. This is ok, except people have to be aware that reviews are added in another tab.
So they click the Review tab and leave a review. Except my test review doesn’t have the icon i chose in the Multiratings settings and the review looks like amateur hour, with one set of stars superimposed on another, the review stars showing incorrectly – 5 stars instead of the 4 i gave – with an extra big white star off to the immediate right. What is that supposed to be for? See second attachment.
Also, on the main listings (product) page, none appears with reviews.
How can i get reviews to function properly?
