please add this CSS to GD >> design >> scripts >> custom css:

    margin: 0;
}

#gd_ratings_module, #comment_imagesdropbox {
    padding: 10px 0;
    width: 100%;
}

The double lightbox issue is caused by a theme option. Go to Theme options > Style > Lightbox and disable it.
