recurring payments expiry notifications

    Hi
    I wonder if you could advise me how to set up rolling monthly payments as I’d like them to work:

    Take payment every month for 12 months but not send out expiry notification emails ahead of each month end – just at the end of the 12 month membership period.

    I can’t see how to do this – I’d set up rolling payments to be taken each month, but didn’t reaslise a ‘your listing will expire in 5 days’ email notification would be sent out as each month end approaches, as the listing won’t in fact expire – as the payment is set up to be automatically taken each month…
    please can you advise?

    Hi,

    you can change the wording of that email. Would that help or you prefer to remove it? I can tell you already that you refund rate will go through the roof if you don’t send a notification before taking someone’s money.
