redirect after login

    Hello

    I use a simple straight forward redirect after login plugin (https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/login-and-logout-redirect/)

    All things i tried to direct the user to a page in wordpress after login from the GD-login box. But always it direct me to the next page: https://MYSITE/wp-admin/options-general.php.

    And from there i got the message: Sorry, you are not allowed to manage options for this site.

    I tried all kind of different plugins, but the same result.
    Can you help me with this? The forum leads me not to the right direction….

    Hello!

    We provide the following snippets that you can customize to meet your needs for a redirect. I would very much caution against using more than one redirect setting at a time, as that will surely lead to unexpected results. If you do choose to use the snippet below, you should probably disable the plugin you mentioned.

    If you are making a directory, without BuddyPress or UsersWP, the snippet below may be a good choice.

    If you have UsersWP, that plugin includes redirect options that you can set without a snippet.

    Hi guys
    Thanx for quick reply.
    The given suggestions does not work the way i hoped it should.
    The suggestion gives a new login url possibility. But what i needed is not a different login url, but a redirect url AFTER a i logged in.

    Is there a way to do this?

    GeoDirectory does not offer settings like that, but UserWP does offer a setting for Redirect after login.
