Redirect Problem

yesterday i asked how to set the redirect to the nearest location when geolocated, instead of directed to the “near me” page. I had an answer and i tought i had resolved testing it on my pc.
Today I was looking at the website from another pc, and I found the redirect wasn’t working. So I tried to understand if it was related with the pc location. Trying various setting, i found this: if the “Near Me Default Miles Limit” in the Advanced Search setting is setted on a limit lower than the nearest listing, than it redirect correctly on the nearest location (but the map show the “no records found” error). If i set a limit that will include a listing, the redirect will not be on the nearest location with listing (like i would like) but to the “near me” page. Am I doing something wrong?
