Register new account to my website not working

Hi.

I am testing out my website and noticed that my “Register new account” feature does not fully work. When click: My Account > Register, I am taking to that asks me to sign in. Should I have been directed to a page that allow me to register a new account by filling out some information and “submitting”?

Can you assist me in finding the registration form.

Are you allowing registration at WP Settings > General?
