I am having problems with registration. I have buddypress installed, using latest version of themes geoframework with child theme. Updates are current and this install is on a multinetwork.

    The error message are:

ERROR: This email is already registered, please use another one (it’s not for this site)

ERROR:Please enter a valid CAPTCHA (captcha is not is turned off)

Finally, there are 97 registrations pending.. when I click on the Pending link I get an error message “You do not have sufficient permissions.” Need help.

    Kind regards,

Update.. registration appears to now be working. I updated “all” plugins turned back on the captcha and I am also now using the bp register form.

Still having issues with the “Pending Registrations” view function and the “you do not have permissions” Yes, I am logged in as super admin.

Sound like a BuddyPress problem …
I am not sure how BP works on a multisite, I’ll alert the others too, but I don’t think this is a GD problem.

Activation emails are being sent. But sometimes they are not. Users are ending up in the pending area. Why could this be happening?

    Hi,

I have no idea, GeoDirectory doesn’t send activation emails, something else in your install does.

Have you asked to your users to check their spam folders?

Did you check with your server admin to see if there is any error in the mailserver logs?

    Let us know,

    Thanks
