    Hello,

    Can someone talk me thru who to do this.

    What I would like to accomplish is to be able to remove or keep the featured image on some existing pages and not others. Also when building new pages I would like the option to easily remove.

    and I want to do that for a specific page not all of them. I have read thru support and custom CSS and anything I have tried hasn’t worked.

    please help

    thanks

    Hi George,

    Yes, we can use custom CSS to achieve what you needed there. Could you please tell us which page do you want to remove the feature image?

    Thanks!

    Profile page to start and then some of the new pages I am creating. Could you also please outline exactly where I need to place the CSS and anything else I would have to do prior or after. I also heard I would need to close the gd booster not sure if that’s true.

    Thanks

    Hi George,

    To hide the “Navigation Menu” only on the landing page, insert the custom CSS code below into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS

    .home header#site-header {
        display:none!important;
    }

    Thanks!

    Hi George,

    Sorry for the late response. You can always the “featured image” on specific pages and here is an example. Locate the page ID as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/gb9eyf and use the custom CSS code below to hide it. Insert into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.

    .postid-287 .featured-area {
        display:none!important;
    }

    Thanks!
