Remove 'GD' in title pages

Hi, i have been trying to remove the two letters ‘GD’ in my page titles..
I have went to Titles and Metas still doesnt get removed. Bear with me if im asking a lot recently 🙂

You can rename the GD Home page as you would rename any page.
If you use Yoast SEO, GD Titles and Meta will not work.
Just review the note at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_titles#top#home
