Remove Review Text and Leave only Star Ratings

Is it possible for all CPT’s to just have multi-rating stars for people to rate and not write an actual review.

For exmaple:
How did you like this service: star review (good, bad or just ok)
would you recommend this service: yes or no
How did the staff treat you: star review (good, bad or just ok)

I am thinking of doing this with ALL CPT’s to keep a more uniform rating system than let people sound off. For my site I’m thinking this may make more sense for my end users rather than seeing people say “this place sucks”.

I can see there is CSS to remove from some CPT’s but I can’t seem to find where I could disable all text reviews?

Let me know if this is possible.
