Renewal & License Key

My membership/license lapsed a couple years now.

I was going to renew and it was asking to add the license for an existing one.

Either I can no longer see that or can’t find it.

Where can I find it, or what can I do to renew the one I had rather than creating a new one? I want to avoid creating any issues with existing setup I have.

Hi,

we have been using the new licensing system since January, so you won’t have a license key to renew.

The only option you have is to buy a new license.

I should ask, as I update the existing site, does this create any issues? Will the new versions have a place to add the keys?

It should not, you’ll only be able to update things manually this time via FTP or using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

Once everything is updated, you’ll find the settings page: GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing.

There you need to add and activate your license keys for future auto updates.
