    I renewed my account for 4 months last Wednesday, yet not showing up and I presume this takes a few days to be updated?

    Did not wish my account to expire and begin from scratch.

    Hi there, I’m trying to renew/upgrade my membership plan. I previously bought the 4 month plan and would like to buy the year plan. I’ve entered the license key that was provided on my invoice, but it’s not working.
    Please tell me what I need to do. Thank you so much for everything you do! You all have been a great help!

    Hi,

    @lampashade you sent money to the wrong paypal account. It still works, but it shouldn’t be used. GeoDirectory paypal account for future references is: payments@ayecode.io

    you can only renew a license for the same original length of the subscription you were on. So if you want to renew it, it can only be a 4 month.

    If you want to move to a 12 month subscription, you must buy a new membership and new license keys will be issued.

    If you do that, you’ll need to change the license keys in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing

    sorry… this is probably a super dumb question… where do I put the license key for the full membership. I see where I put the individual licenses for specific add ons, but I don’t see where to put the membership license.
