I read a post that the WP Settings > Nesting option needed to be ticked in order for the reply function to be operable. (Reference Post) However that user was using Supreme Directory. I do not see a reply button/function on the front end of Whoop.
I would prefer only authors to reply but not necessary. I didn’t want to assume that the snippet in that post would work for Whoop so I thought I’d ask first.
Am I missing something or will it need to be manually placed with a snippet?
An author received a negative review with incorrect claims on it and would like to publicly reply so others can be informed correctly. However, we can only see that he would have to leave another review to the listing instead of a reply.
