    Is their a way that I can get the system to send me (Admin) an email on the last day of every month with all the payments received over that past month? This will make my life a lot easier when working out finance.

    You can get a report at Invoicing > Reports. There is no automated email function.

    Can you please detail exactly the report you are creating, a link to the CSV file will help.
    And details of the ones missing.
