Safari-Mac Event Form Issue

We’ve gone live with our website here: http://www.visitcrieff.scot/whats-on/

Users who are accessing it on an Apple Mac using the Safari browser are having difficulties in the events section:

1) When they put a postcode into the form a pop up comes up saying something about choosing a region -it’s then impossible to get out of this pop up cycle because when you choose close it pops up again
2) It’s not possible to upload images by either dragging and dropping or by navigating to the images in a folder.

Please advise fix.
