Sample CSV bulk list file won't upload

    we are testing the sample CSV listing file we downloaded and tried to upload the same file before we start to fill it out but even the sample GD has us download comes back saying could not be added due to blank/ invalid dress (city, region, country, latitude, longitude).

    We have also tried to bulk export our listings and then upload the CSV file and we also get the error message could not be added due to blank/ invalid address.

    Can you post your CSV file and WP admin and URL then we can have a check.
    Unless you have the Location Manager installed, you can only import listings in your default location.

    Please see attached for the CSV file, it was directly download from the backend and we didn’t open it or do any changes.

    And where is the CSV file you try to import?
    And your WP Admin details? Please post that in a private reply, only staff can read that.

    Please try correcting the region in the CSV first. It has to match the default location exactly.
    The region of your default location is “Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur”.
    In the CSV file you are using “Federal Territory of Kuala Lum”.

    The CSV file wasn’t changed by us, its what we downloaded from the backend, so its as is.

    Hello,

    This is the response from the develoepr that looked at it:

    “I have tested export/import on customer’s site and it working fine there.
    I have done these steps to check
    – Download Sample CSV (3 listings there in sample csv file)
    – In sample csv file updated gd_city with “Kuala Lumpur”, gd_region with “Kuala Lumpur” and gd_country with “Malaysia”
    – Imported updated csv file and it successfully adds new listings

    Customer has city, region and country values Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur & Malaysia respectively.

    The error “item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude)” raised when you have empty address or empty one of value from(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).
    Let me know.”
