saving issues

Hello
I have installed GeoDirectory Custom Post Types and GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters.
After setting up different search fields to be used in the custom post type listings, i ad a new place. When i check some items in the different search field select boxes, ands try to save it, strangely enough the system saves not only the checked boxes, but all boxes are automatically checked and saved. After that, it is not possible anymore to deselect some of the checked boxes. (see attachment)

I have the latest WP 4.8

Hopefully somebody can help me out….
