Screen Reader Accessibility of Search Form

Hello,

A user with a visual impairment brought up the following problem with screen readers using the advanced search filters search form on a page (via a shortcode):

• Location edit box (text box) – It is unlabeled and there is no tooltip so a screen reader just reads as “Edit box”
• Search button – Also unlabeled and has no tooltip so a screen reader reads it as “Unlabeled button”

These should be very easy to fix, could you please put it in the next realease, and maybe tell me what file creates the form and how to fix?
