Search by Address

    I have one listing creating for one of my custom post types “full member”

    If I show the listings of my full members, the listing shows up.

    Above the listing I have a drop down so visitors can select to search for
    featured, reviews or address.

    To keep things simple the listing only shows a photo and a description. I have 30+ fields filled out in the listing, but this is all I am showing on the listing page.

    If the user selects to search by featured or reviews, my listing shows up.

    However, If you attempt to search by address you get not listing.

    Is this only searching the info on the listing page? Or, should it be looking though the entire profile to find the address?

    The search does not really search for an address, but for a geo-location on the maps. You can’t really add Business Address to the sort filter, I don’t think; that is what the maps are for: add a map to the top of the search page and all results will be shown on the map.

    Thx, I got rid to the address sort. Not really useful after I thought about it.
