search by locations – different languages in specific language search results

Dear support team,

while search by locations – different languages in specific language search suggestions are displayed.

How would you solve or delete double entries of regions?

In this example I use Leipzig as city and get 2 regions displayed to select
Leipzig, Sachsen (City)
Leipzig, Saxony (City)
which are both the same but Saxony is the EN translation of Sachsen in DE.

How do you suggest to may delete double entries as for EN approach the EN result would be useful and for DE approach the DE result would be useful too ?
