Are there listings in that location?
When entering a location, GD will calculate the center of that location, and then return all listings within your set radius.
For example, if you search in Canada, it will calculate where the centre is of Canada, and then return all listings within a 40 km radius.
Somif you only have listings in the west and the East, you will have no results.
Give us a URL and examples so we can understand better what you mean.

    What did you search for?
You probably have navigated to a particular location without realizing because you are not using the location switcher, and you do not have a map.
So when you accept to be geo-located, you don’t realize you are taken to a particular location. When you then search for something you are searching within the location.
Go to /location and try again. That resets the location switch to everywhere.
I also suggest you activate the switcher so your visitors can see where they have navigated to.

You do not need the map, but you need to enable the switcher so your visitors can see where they have navigated to:
GD > multilocation > settings > Show location switcher in menu > YES

First make sure you added the menu at GD > design > navigation > Show geodirectory navigation in selected menu locations > pick your main menu.

If you like, send us your admin details in a private message, then we can have a look at your settings.

There seem to be a few things wrong with your theme.
I think your multiple theme plugin is making things difficult, for example your menus are not working as normal, so the location switcher is not showing.
I suggest you de-activate that plugin so you can get things to work, and then you maybe can activate it again if you want to and see whether it does not break things again.

Or de-activate it, and let us know, then we can fine-tune your settings, so you can see how it works before you play with the themes again.
