Good afternoon, I noticed that if you enter the name of the location in English, Russian, Ukrainian, the map will show the same content of markers.
But the location will be different: in the first case – In: Lviv (City), in the second and third – Near: GPS Location.
In this case, in the second and third case, gd_categories will be shown incorrect – the categories of all countries are displayed!
Is this how it should work? Is it possible to make so that, input of names of locations in any languages gave identical true result on a map and showed the identical set of categories? And that the location was in all these cases the same – In: Lviv (City)?

Your site says I want to send a second message. How do I send you this text?

It is also strange that if you enter the names of countries in Russian or Ukrainian, they will not be found on the map: “Ukraine”, “Ukraine”. Maybe I need to include something in the Google Maps API?
July 22, 2019 at 1:09 pm #498902For each listing, it is assigned to categories in the language of the listing. The same applies to the translated listing. If all the categories are to be the same, the listing must be translated into each language. If you find that a listing translated into multiple languages is not in the same categories in each language, then that is a problem. If you find that, please send a link to the listing so we can check it out.

Did I understand correctly that in order to be able to enter a location in different languages and get the same coordinates and categories, I need to make a multilingual website and translate it into other languages or duplicate publications using WPML? In this case, if the user uses the Ukrainian version of the site and enters the city “Kyiv”, “Kyiv” or “Kyiv” into Change Location, he will get the same page of results? Or to get the same page of results, you need to enter “Kyiv” in the Ukrainian interface, “Kyiv” in the Russian interface, “Kyiv” in the English interface?July 22, 2019 at 3:13 pm #498924I’m sorry, the last one I answered wasn’t an exact translation.

July 22, 2019 at 9:18 pm #498970I started translating the site.
July 23, 2019 at 3:04 am #499019Only translation of the country is possible. Others, region and city, will be in the language you choose for the map API.
I was referring to listings, meaning a multilingual content site. A plugin like WPML is needed for a multilingual content site.
