I have a site planned that integrates a crowdfunding platform (projects) tied into a resource database (places, people, things) used in each project to be funded.
Key components include:
Creating a project that is to be funded – with a list of “things” needed to make it happen – then the ability to search the database (geodirectory with custom posts types) for those things and attach them to the project.
Those “things” listed in the database are connected to users – thus when the “thing” is used in the project – the user gets credit, rewards ect.
We also need an advanced way to “import” users social media and other contacts so that the “things listings” attached to the project supply support to the eventual crowdfunding campaign.
The plan is to you Ignition deck plugin for the funding with geodirectory as the database.
Need to get an idea of costs to present / integrate into business plan
