Select Package on add-listing: no packages displaying but have 3 active ones

    When a new user goes to sign up they first register and then go to the add-listing page. The add-listing page has the heading for “Select Package” but there are no options displayed even though I have three active packages to choose from.

    I need some guidance on how to resolve this. Thanks!

    Is the order set to zero?
    Make sure the packages have an order.
    Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private if we need to check things out for you.

    Hi Jr,

    It seems the problem is with your site specific, we can’t recreate it in our test site with same GD plugin settings.

    Let us provide FTP details so we can look into more.

    There was a post type conflict on add listing page. We have fixed it and now it works fine.
