"Send Enquiry" button not shown on a single business listing

Link to a sample (and fully completed) business listing (owner verified + email present) nonetheless, “send enquiry” button still not working

Email added to the listing itself?
Price package allowed to have email added to the listing?

Owner verified does not add a contact email to the listing, users and listings can have a different email address.

Yes. and on other sites, that button shows for all even free listings. i want to have it appear for all free or paid listings. is there any chance i can share wp-admin to help ?
