Send enquiry not working

    I’ve built the following site: http://utilitymarketconnections.com/service-providers/customer-information-systems-cis/wipro-llc/

    When I click send enquiry on this page, I get an admin bcc but the email does not receive the enquiry.

    Hi Sara, just tried to add a new Service Provider with my email, and tried to send an enquiry and I instantaneously got it in my inbox (see attach)
    Check if the email in the listing you gave me earlier has a correct email

    So strange, I’ve changed the email field on both Bridgevine and Wipro service providers to mine and tested it and I’m not getting anything to my email, even my spam folder. I’ve tested it with yahoo and gmail email addresses. I’ve also tested it logged in and logged out. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

    I also just did a test by changing the email address for Wipro Technologies listings to our email address, sent an enquiry form (I was logged in as you) and it worked flawlessly. (see image attached).

    We can’t fix what we can’t recreate unfortunately…

    Send Enquiry Send To Friend and do not function. My settings: SITE BCC OPTIONS ( Send to Friend – yes, Email enquiry – yes), PLACE SETTINGS ( e-mail, is active – yes ).

    I use the theme Avada and Voocommerce.
    Urgently need help !

    Hi,

    I tried changing the email address in wordpress general setting to mine to see if any other action that normally trigger a notification was working and they are not. Comment, user registration, nothing…

    Your server isn’t sending out emails. Many members solved with a SMTP plugin for the outgoing mails. You will find many examples here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=smtp
