    Hi,

    The Send Enquiry and Send to Friend buttons are working in the sense that when the they are clicked, the pop up opens. But when the SEND button is clicked, a confirmation message appears, but the mail to the recipient is not delivered, although more than half an hour passed. The Spam folder also has been checked.

    Please look into this and have it resolved.

    Hi,

    please install the email log plugin and check if they are logged by this tool: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/

    If they are the problem is at server level and probably a SMTP plugin would solve it.
