send inquiry check box is not visible

Hi,
1) I noticed that the ” send inquiry” option is not available under ” prices and payments” for a given package option. I only see the ” send to friend” checkbox but nothing for ” send inquiry”.
However, i do see the ” send inquiry” link when I add a listing so it’s somehow default to checked.
2) when I uncheck the ” send to friend” checkbox, the link still appears in the listing. Looks like it’s not responding to the checkbox.

October 14, 2017 at 1:19 am #400588“Send Inquiry” is set by default and is only visible when a listing has an email address input. Only “Send to Friend” can be adjusted through the price packages.
When you uncheck the “Send to Friend” is the listing that you’re looking at the corresponding price package that you have edited? Also, make sure you clear your cache to get the updated page version.
October 14, 2017 at 1:21 am #400589The “Send Enquiry” link is triggered by the default “Email” custom field.
Changing a setting in a price package may require re-publishing or re-setting WP permalinks before you will see the changes on the listings.Thanks

I am sure I am editing the correct CPT and I just verified again that the ” send to friend” box is not working. I cleared my cache as well. Same result. I also checked, saved, and unchecked, saved and the listing still shows the same thing.
I also added a new listing and it has it by default for that particular CPT.
Any other suggestions?

Oh also, make sure your using the most current version of the plugin. I just had some issues earlier today with an outdated plugin.
October 14, 2017 at 2:01 am #400599I did that, but nothing. I reset the permalinks and then cleared cache again and the ” send to friend” option is still there for a listing that does not have it set to ” yes”.
I just updated the custom post type plugin and still same issue.
October 14, 2017 at 2:05 am #400600Sorry Javier, I’m not sure what it could be. A moderator is going to have to have a look at your setup to see if there are any conflicts.
You could post your website with your admin credentials in a private reply so that when someone from the team comes online, they can readily assist you.
