    1. I tested by sending a “Send Inquiry” as a User and Place Listing did not receive. ???
    2. Also, please see the Form that displays. How can it be corrected?

    This is GD Plugin.

    1 install email log plugin and check if the problem is server. If the email is logged, you’ll need a SMTP plugin or help from your hosting provider.

    2 Please provide a link and we’ll provide CSS to fix the form.

    The CSS problem is created by fauly css from either a plugin or theme. With this you can fix it:

    

    .simplemodal-container .row {

    margin-left: 0 !important;

}
    

    Next time you see something similar, please disable all non GD plugins, if the problem doesn’t go away, try to activate a default theme. 
    

    That will tell you who to ask for support. (in this case it wasn’t us)
