Set a map on location + distance

    Hi,

    Is it possible to put a map on a page using shortcode, and get it to show any listing in a certain location and with a radius around that location.

    Same applies to a list.

    We do have this shortcode https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#locationmap but it only works on the homepage. I believe you’re looking for this https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listing , but this shortcode will only be available in the next update.

    Hi,

    the listings shortcode will show a CPT and/or category archive, but it won’t be possible to use locations as parameters I’m sorry.

    Just to clarify, it will not be possible to filter by location with shortcodes even after the update?

    How about someway of a predefined search, for example near “Hull” with a custom page layout.

    Hi,

    there is no such thing, the only way a map can be filtered for a location is if you are on that location page.
