I am trying to set up my packages on places, and I keep getting the following message:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    Hello,

What version of PHP are you running?

Can we take a look at the admin?

Just write a private reply and share WP Admin credentials so we can take a look at that.

Can you also share FTP so the developers can do some debugging?

    Thanks

I see this is a network site, do you perhaps have this network activated (not supported) instead of activated on the individual site? Some of the DB tables do not exist.

It also seems you have the GD Dashboard addon active which is no longer needed with GDv2, this might be related, this should be disabled and deleted.

    I deleted the dashboard.

And it was working when I had it set up as a subdomain, then I decided to make this site the “main” site, and that when it started acting up like this.

How did you make it the main site from a subsite exactly?

The procedure used will probably explain what happened.

    Let us know

I deleted what I had on the main site and rebuilt it, and I had your theme on the subdomain, but I deleted that one.

Ok a developer will have a look at your install as soon as possible and he’ll help you correct any issues.

    Thanks for your patience,
