    Hi

    Please can someone tell me what the correct way is to update the main plugin and its add ons? Because every time I try I get the following problems;

    I disable all the addons when an update is needed to the main plugin, and I get an error message with a white background and black text every time I do this (cant remember what it says), so you assume the deactivation of all the add ons hasnt worked, but it has when you go to look.

    Then I update the main plugin and then reactivate all add ons. Is this correct?

    Then I find that every time in the prices and payments sections my currency has been reset from GBP £ to USD $ which is kind of annoying because I might forget to fix it every time.

    Also, the claim listing function messes up and resets to not even showing to visitors. Options are all wiped out. Again, I may forget to do this, and maybe other things are also being reset which I’ve already set in the past?

    Is this a bug?

    Thanks

    There is no need to disable anything at all when updating.
    It is not unusual for some things to be deleted when you disable a plugin; only updating without de-activating will prevent that.

    Oh ok, I wasn’t sure because it said to disable add ons before deactivating the main plugin, and I assumed the main plugin would automatically be disabled at some point during an update :/

    Will try just updating next time!

    Thanks
