That is controlled by a 3rd party plugin called “Sharethis” and I’d like you to check out the FAQ from the plugin author https://wordpress.org/plugins/share-this/faq/ . Hi there,

Sorry, I think there’s some misunderstanding here. I thought you were referring to a 3rd party plugin. I’ve just checked with our developer and modifying the share links on the theme require lots of custom work. A workaround for this would be to remove the sharethis from the sidebar and use a 3rd party sharethis plugin that would allow you to select which services to display.
