Could someone please tell me where this information is pulling from and how I can change it. When VeganLinked.com is shared on social media, like facebook, the title/description information needs to be changed. How may I change this?

I’m going to try Yoast real quick. I’ve tried open graph a long time ago, I don’t recall if it is something I can make only work on the homepage because I want the listings to be shared and show their featured image, title, and description.
