So I am changing the featured image and nothing is happening

You can try this CSS:
```
.woocommerce-page .featured-img {background-image: url(https://inbexhill.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/161937-gestion-tienda-fisica-y-online.jpg) !important;}
```
That will add that image to all WooCommerce pages though, your shop page does not get it post_ID assigned to the body classes, which is how it normally works I thought.
