    Hello,

I am looking for a short code to make the first letter of a post bigger than the rest. Example: in the word Hawaii, the H would be big and the awaii would be the normal size of the paragraph font. I have seen other themes that do this but I can’t figure it out on Supreme Theme.

    2) In a default sidebar, I am trying to list the other pages of the site for easy navigation. I would like to have a title, an image of the most recent listing/post, and then have the capability of navigating someone to that page when they click the image or description.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi vegeta,

    1. that can be achieved with custom CSS

     text-transform: capitalize;

    2. Use the Gd > Popular Post Category Widget on the sidebar.

    Thanks!

    Hello Kor,

Thank you for the quick response. Where should I place that custom CSS? Will it automatically know to capitalize the first letter?

Also, I added that widget but it just list the categories. I am trying to place an image on the sidebar, it would have a title that I input, and it would lead the user to a predetermined page when clicking on it. I would like it to be more visual than just the text of the category. Is there a way that I can add an image and set it to link to another page?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    1) this is not possible with shortcodes if using Supreme. Depending on where the word is (title, content etc), you may be able to do it using some html/css.

    2) This would require a customization too, the widget we provide doesn’t allow to do what you’d like to do.

    Thanks

Thank you for the response, Paolo. Did you see my question about the icon for the ratings? It’s in the first private reply above.

    Hi,

sorry I had not seen that question.

The “icon” must be transparent and the background must be only around it. Also it must be the exact same size as the default:

    Thanks

    Hi,

that image does NOT have a background around the outline…

I’m not sure why you say the opposite.

    Thanks
