    Only the title appears nothing appears on clicking in it like no dropdown or listings.

    Hi HEMANTH,

    Thanks for your post. This looks like there is something conflicting with GD. Please try deactivating each non-GD plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue you had there. If the issue persists, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check on it.
