Show Neighborhood in address on listing

I am struggling to show the neighborhood in my addresses on he listing, front end. Ive set loads up and applied them to each of my listings. But they all have street address followed by city, no neighborhood?

i.e.

1 Princes Esplanade
Isle of Wight
Hampshire
P031 8LE
United Kingdom

It should show:

1 Princes Esplanade
Cowes
Isle of Wight
Hampshire
P031 8LE
United Kingdom
