Showing Logos/ Images for Selected Items on Listings

On my listings, I offer users the opportunity to detail any accreditation they have (qualifications, memberships etc) for said business. This is detailed on the ‘More Info’ tab of the listings.

I wonder if there is any way that a logo or image can be allocated to options and shown if any of these are selected (i.e for an accreditation to show the logo of the accrediting body on the tab or somewhere else on the listing) or is the only way to do this manually by adding an extra widget on the sidebar and manually adding it to their listing?

However, if this is not possible is there is another way an option can be added that can permit the automated us of the relevant logo on the listing if that option is selected? This would not need to be for multiple options (just needed for one specific accreditation) and a Yes/ No option and if ‘Yes’ it shows the logo?
